Classes are for all levels/abilities with options given. A typical class will run for 75 mins starting with centering and pranayama (breath work), warm up asana, sun salutations, a flow sequence, strength/core/flexibility work and finally winding down to savasana/meditation. We embody the philosophy of yoga whilst keeping it relevant to our modern lives; working to a theme or focus for the practice. Each class is familiar yet unique with something new to take away with you.

Our main location, Phoenix Place for Health, is a contemporary, innovative and vibrant Multi-Therapy Centre in Heybridge, Maldon, Essex.
It has easy access with lots of available parking that makes getting there a pleasure rather than a chore, after all, that is the Athena Way.

Fay is a fabulous yoga teacher I'd recommend her classes to anyone of any level. As a runner I never thought I'd enjoy this time of exercise but it is amazing and you feel great, stretched and emotionally recharged.

Can't recommend Fay's classes enough. She's an absolutely brilliant teacher for all levels. I started with her as a complete beginner over a year ago. She gives the right level of instruction and her classes are always a complete joy. She's the best!
Absolutely love Fay's yoga classes. A perfect balance. Pitched at the right level for the class. She is clear in her instruction and makes it fun as well. I really feel as though I have had a workout and can see improvement in my poses week on week.
